• Consulting and pre-planning a home funeral vigil
• Caring for and preparation of the body
• Guiding family members to care for their loved one’s body
• Assisting with arrangements for purchasing or building a casket
• Assisting with legal issues regarding medical signatures and death certificates
• Accompanying a family member who may chose to handle paperwork
• Transportation for ceremony, burial or cremation
• Coordination with cemetery or crematory

A Sacred Moment can support a Green Burial by performing any or all of the following:

• Consulting and pre-planning for a green burial.
• Providing educational information regarding green burial options
• Referring families to area green burial cemeteries and local contacts
• Coordination with cemetery or crematory, as needed

A Sacred Moment can support a Life Celebration by performing any or all of the following:

• Meeting with family and friends to learn the true spirit of your loved one to capture their story.
• Assisting with the creation of a Life Celebration service
• Writing a eulogy from your shared stories and memories
• Delivering the eulogy, readings, and prayers
• Introducing other speakers and participants or reading on their behalf
• Assisting with the selection of readings, prayers, and musical elements
• Creating personalized ceremonies reflecting the significance of your loved one
• Delivering the graveside committal service
• Conducting yearly or special day remembrance services

A Sacred Moment provides Home Funeral Vigil and Green Burial Educational Workshops & Trainings including:

• Three-hour introduction - in person, via Videoconferencing and/or Webinars for those living beyond the Pacific Northwest
• One-day general overview - in person, via Videoconferencing and/or Webinars for those living beyond the Pacific Northwest
• Three-day intensive home funeral vigil training - in person offered twice a year in the Seattle area and in other cities by request
