Beverly Jean Robison

Much loved wife, mother and grandmother

Beverly Jean Robison, 85, of Arlington, WA died peacefully on Sunday January 8, 2017.  She was born Oct 28, 1931, raised and schooled in Bellingham, WA.  Bev graduated from General Hospital of Everett with a degree in nursing and moved to Seattle after marriage to William (Bill) E. Robison in 1953.

Bev raised her 2 daughters in Bothell and spent many years involved in 4-H in the Bothell area.  She was employed by GroupHealth for 15 years and active in the Everett Mountaineers leading many hikes.  Her love of hiking was equaled by her love of horses and volunteer work.  

Bev was a member of the Bryant Community Church and a lifetime member of Bits and Spurs Riding Club of Clearview.  She was also active in the Stanwood Senior Center volunteer program where she aided seniors with foot care.

She is preceded in death by her parents F. Wesley Hunt and Derla McManamon Hunt as well as her sister Lorraine Dahlen.  She is survived by husband and best friend William (Bill) E. Robison of Arlington and her daughters, Necia Ivie of Tacoma, WA and Pegi Robison of Anchorage, AK.  Granddaughters Jessica Ivie of New Rochelle, NY and Emily Ivie of Tacoma, WA.
