Brenna Lynn Coale was taken from us way too soon on May 30, 2020.

Brenna was born December 3, 1985 in Redmond, WA. She attended school in Edmonds including Westgate Elementary, Picnic Point, Meadowdale Middle and Meadowdale High. After high school she earned her certification as a nursing assistant (CNA), a career she poured her heart into. She had plans of one day becoming a registered nurse.

As a child Brenna excelled in art, winning several awards throughout the years. She participated in competitive swimming in high school. She considered herself a “fish” and was always drawn to water, taking her first swimming lesson at only six months old and loved every minute of it. She spent summers camping and fishing with her family on the Olympic Peninsula and Lake Chelan. Brenna had a crazy fun sense of humor and her beautiful smile could light up any room.  Her Nana always said that Brenna never met a stranger, and that was certainly true. She made friends easily wherever she went, even as a little girl. She loved to sing, play guitar and write songs. In her younger years she insisted on listening to either The Judds or The Little Mermaid soundtrack on every road trip.

Brenna leaves behind an extended family who love her: Aunt & Uncle – Sandy & Steve, Nana – Wyn, Grandma – Lynn, Grandfather – Paul, Father – Mitch, Son – Luke, Special Pups – Marley & Nona, Sisters – Jennifer & Grace, Mom & Step-Dad – Lisa & John; and many more friends, cousins, aunts & uncles.
