Laura-Jo Endsley-Tobin

Laura-Jo Endsley-Tobin aka Lori Tobin, passed away peacefully at her family home in Duvall, WA on July 18th, 2021.
Lori was 53 and had been battling cancer for 12 years, what a fighter Lori was!
Lori was born May 10th, 1968 to Dan and Sandy Scharpenberg at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA.
Through life’s many transitions, Lori went to live with her dad, Dan, and new mom, Barbara, when she was 15 in Lacrosse, WA.
Lori loved the farming community of Lacrosse and all the new friends she made there. Lori graduated from Lacrosse High School in 1986 - Go Tigers!
In the winter of 1986, Lori and Shaun had a baby girl and named her Heather, and in 1991, Lori and Shaun had a little boy and named him Loren.
Again, life’s circumstances would bring Lori to the Seattle area with Heather and Loren around the mid-1990’s. In the Seattle area, Lori excelled in the mortgage industry, working locally for various companies and traveling nationally with her involvement with the “Association of Professional Mortgage Women” (APMW).
While in the mortgage industry, Lori met her husband, Jim Tobin, in 1999. Lori and Jim married in April 2001 and just celebrated their 20-year anniversary with friends and family before Lori’s passing.
Lori is survived by her husband, Jim Tobin, her children; Heather Stearns, Loren Endlsey, Jessica Tobin, Alexandra “Andi” Tobin, and Julia Tobin; Lori’s sisters; Teri, Michelle and Jennifer; her brothers; Tom, Jeff, and Jon; her parents; Dan and Barbara Scharpenberg; and her five grandchildren; Blake, Kade, Parker, Xaia, and Cooper … and many, MANY friends!
