Janet Cain Sullivan

Janet Cain Sullivan passed away peacefully on July 23rd after her brief battle with cancer.

Janet was born September 10, 1956, in Seattle, Washington to Hazel Lee and Lloyd Cain, joining her sister Helen. She was raised in Ballard and graduated from Blanchet High School where she met the love of her life, Brian D. Sullivan. They were blessed with 4 children and 3 grandchildren over their 35 years of marriage.

She was an outgoing member of the local retail community where she brought joy and excellent service to her many loyal customers for 15 years.

Janet's passion was her family. She always brought her special touch to the many family gatherings and holidays. She enjoyed creating unique hand crafted gifts and lasting memories for everyone in her life.

Janet touched the lives of many people with her smile, laughter, and quick wit. She maintained her sense of humor in good times and bad. She was deeply loved and will remain in our hearts forever.

Janet is survived by her loving husband, Brian, her son, Malachy and daughters Shaela, Cailin and Keely, and three grandsons, Tristan, Shea and Trey. She is also survived by her mother, Hazel Lee Cain and her sister Helen Long, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd.

Funeral Information

A funeral mass will be held at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on July 30th. Graveside services will follow at Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery.
